To order by check or money order, please make your check payable to: E LITTLE BLACK DRESS.COM . We will ship your order after your check is cleared. To use PayPal, send your payment to info@elittleblackdress.com.

Shipping and Handling

All orders will be processed and shipped as expediently as possible. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified immediately. We charge a flat rate of $5 for standard shipment and $25 for express shipment per order to destinations in the U.S.and Canada. For international orders, the flat rate is $15 for standard shipment and $35 for express shipment. For special shipping arrangements, please contact us. There are certain restrictions on some international shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your elittleblackdress.com purchase. If you are not, simply return or exchange your unworn merchandise with the tags attached and the original invoice within 14 days of receipt.

We will exchange it or credit it to the card used for the original purchase. Elittleblackdress.com does not issue store credits. When sending your items, we advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express or UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that elittleblackdress cannot assume responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost or stolen in the mail. Pack and seal you return securely in the original package if possible and include the original invoice. Packages must be returned pre-paid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

If you are making an exchange, we will waive the Standard shipping charges for your new order. However, we cannot waive or refund shipping charges for returned items.

All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
